According to the World Health Organization, mental wellness is defined as “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community.”
Becoming educated on stress will benefit your mental wellness in ways you never imagined. Mental wellness enables us to perform at our best while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In turn, creating a uniquely positive and productive workplace.
The common response to stress is anxiety, uncontrolled emotions, negative habit formation, and damaging communication. All of which negatively impact productivity, workplace culture, and most importantly our wellbeing.
We will help you improve your mental wellness through an in-depth understanding of stress along with new skills to manage it. This course will help you understand the role of stress in your life.
