The Course Lecturers

Stress is something that Bob had to deal with daily in his life as a professional athlete. He learned to use stress to perform at his highest level on the ice but had no skills to manage his stress in his regular life.

This course was developed as Bob realized that this was the cause of most of the imbalance in people’s lives. Stress is the #1 killer of people in the World. It is our ignorance of what stress is, why we experience it, and most importantly, how to use it to become better in our lives.
